Myth behind MEDITATION

My # friends , you are most welcome in my little world  of positive and creative thinking  Today ,I  am going to share my views on meditation and the myth behind it .  

So let,s start.........                                   Actually,  meditation is a form of yoga . It is generally done for developing our brain power .
Do you know that we use only 4 to 7 percent of our brain . 
And also there is a girl who have an IQ of 172 i.e.,greater than that of EINSTEIN.
    It is a very good form of YOGA which is used by ancient saints  for worshipping gods.

Now ,I will tell you some ritual facts about meditation.

#1. If we will sit in a same posture without any movement for 2 hours and 33 minutes then our mind will go into the conscious level.

And it is ritually believed that if our mind will reach on that level then we will be able to read anyone's mind without his information as a computer virus .

#2.  It is considered that by meditation our body will become as lighter as feather and we will be worthy for walking on water and flying in air with a great speed.

#3. With the help of meditation we can control our bodies' temperature very easily.

You will believe it by a small experiment done by scientists on saints .

In this experiment they told some saints to  sit in a very cold room whose temperature is -3℃ with  a  wet towel on the back.

This is so astonishing that the heat produced by the body of the saints allow the water of the  towel to evaporate .

By this experiment the scientists conclude that the power of meditation is awesome .
That's why the saints worshipping the god called TAPASYA in Hindi in extreme temperature survive there without any troubles .
#4. Not only mental awareness but also physically our bodies become fit with the help of meditation. It helps our body in better circulation of blood in each and every parts in our bodies.
So at last ,I want to conclude that meditation is very good for our body

as it gives us a proper health to our bodies and we all know that 

         Health is. Wealth.
